Job Description:

This position has many roles, including working on projects, resolving complex technical problems, and recommending and building solutions for our customers. We provide a high-performing, outsourced IT department to our customers. This includes basic maintenance and monitoring, systems administration, reactive troubleshooting services, and strategic planning. The position does require daily local travel and occasional long-distance travel.

Experience Desired:

5+ Years of experience in networking and technology

Microsoft Windows Server

Cloud Experience – Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS

Virtualization – Hyper-V or VMWare

TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall rules

Active Directory, group policy, and scripts

Wireless Security and deployment

Windows Desktop

Apple/Mac Desktop and server

Necessary Qualifications:

Able to effectively discuss technical topics with non-technical people. At least 50% of this job is communication.

Organized and systematic in managing projects and allocating time to multiple jobs and priorities each day

Place a premium on honesty, integrity, values and hard work

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
