Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall, a qualified candidate for this role should possess a strong background in software development and database administration, with expertise in the latest .NET and Azure development tools. They should also have strong communication and documentation skills and be able to manage development projects and participate in data normalization projects.
- Strong expertise in software development using the SLDC (Software Development Life Cycle) approach and adhering to company standards and best practices.
- Expertise in developing new applications using the latest .NET, C#, SharePoint, SharePoint Dashboard, Azure development tools and power platform tools, including integration with Azure AI/ML, Teams, and Microsoft Azure support and administration.
- Expertise in writing Stored Procedures for reading and writing data in MS SQL Server, utilizing security best practices.
- Strong skills in SQL Server 2016 and greater, including administration, backup, development, and maintenance.
- Ability to manage development projects, including meetings and gathering user requirements, writing system and user requirements specifications, and documenting existing and new applications.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills, including the ability to create written documentation, flowcharts, user guides, and diagrams to detail the function of each application.
- Participation in data clean-up and normalization projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Development experience: 5+ Years of Web Applications, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, XML, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server, MS Access, VBA.
- Development experience: 3+ Years of Microsoft Azure Development and ability to integrate with AI/ML functions.
- Understand application security.
- Microsoft SharePoint design and development.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task across numerous projects efficiently, manage time, and deliver quality applications on time.
- Data Warehousing and Reporting using Microsoft Technologies
- Good knowledge of Desktop Office productivity programs: MS Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
- Relational Database knowledge with products such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Skilled with PowerShell, Active Directory, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with related work experience within software engineering and database management.
WORK SITE
- Remote work is not authorized for this position. Candidates for the position must be able to relocate to Oxford, Mississippi.
- Relocation assistance is available.
REQUIREMENTS
- This role is required to report daily to the Oxford, MS headquarters.
