QA Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to play a key role in developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, analyzing data, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring quality is embedded throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory quality requirements.
• Report quality audit results and corrective actions to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry standards, laws, and best practices related to product and service quality.
• Schedule, prepare, and lead ISO audits, ensuring all findings are addressed and resolved.
• Actively contribute to strategic planning by analyzing key metrics such as risk management, cost of quality, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to integrate quality throughout the service lifecycle.
• Track and calibrate IGT gauges, standards, and test equipment.
• Deliver quality training to employees to ensure alignment with quality objectives.

Qualifications Skills:

? 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Power Industry (Gas Turbines preferred).
? Strong knowledge of ISO standards, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
? Ability to identify, analyze, and solve quality issues with technical solutions.
? Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
? Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Education:

? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
