.NETwork Administrator

DTC Communications is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated Network Administrator to join our IT/Network team. This position will be responsible for developing network solutions for business customers and company departments; providing technical support to business customers and DTC corporate assets including help desk trouble tickets and deployment of both client and server-side applications; installing, maintaining, and coordinating company and/or customer LAN/WAN networks; installing and updating network software; developing and implementing security procedures; monitors and managing network performance; performing system maintenance; and troubleshooting and resolving network problems.

The individual selected must be a self-starter with problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to pay close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in computer science or equivalent plus three to five years of related experience. Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent preferred. Network+, CCNA Enterprise, Security+ Certification – CompTIA, Microsoft Certified - Azure Fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 Certified - Fundamentals preferred.
