Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Senior Software Engineer with experience in C#/.NET development, building dynamic and responsive web interfaces, working with relational databases, with a passion for technology and solving complex problems to join our rapidly growing Scottsdale, AZ team! Responsibilities:

• Hands-on software development for applications within our Amplify suite of financial services, including Portfolio Trading, Proposal Generation, Digital Forms Generation, and Investor Portal
• Build and maintain features to match our expanding scale and performance requirements
• Production system support to diagnose and resolve user and system issues, including a rotating responsibility to monitor system processes starting 7AM ET prior to market open.
• Collaborate in a distributed environment working within an agile scrum team

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and testing scalable enterprise applications using C#/.NET, or equivalent object-oriented programing languages
• Extensive experience with front-end frameworks, such as React, VueJs, KnockoutJS, etc, as well as writing native Javascript
• Strong algorithmic and object-oriented design skills
• Extensive experience with SQL and Relational Databases such as SQL Server
• Expertise in working in a team source control repository
• Experience in object-relational mapping technologies such as Entity Framework
• Experience working from a conceptual design to implement entire solution from database, back-end jobs, APIs and front-end components
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead others
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building webservices/API using .NET/.NET Core
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud computing environments
• Experience with SQL Server and scalable cloud storage
• Knowledge of VueJS, KnockoutJS or other JavaScript frameworks/libraries
• Comfortable working as part larger team and directly with key management personnel
• Experience with related Fintech subject matter: registered investment advisors and their daily activities, portfolio trading systems, portfolio analysis systems, etc

Education and Experience:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
