Full Stack .NET Developer / Hybrid

This innovative firm is a large American energy company primarily focused on power generation and retail electricity services. The company operates a diversified portfolio of electricity generation assets across the United States, including both fossil fuel-based plants (like natural gas and coal) and renewable energy sources (like wind and solar).

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with expertise in .NET Core, C#, and SQL to join our software development team. In this role, you will work closely with a team of developers, engineers, and business analysts to build and maintain high-performance applications that support our power generation and retail energy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend systems, be passionate about clean code and software architecture, and have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Daily Responsibilities

• Interfaces with IT application owners and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Escalates or resolves conflicts, as needed.
• Develop, unit test, system test, schedule, and create deployment scripts for small business applications.
• Provide production support of the applications.
• Use analytics skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to interact with the Client, Operations team, project management team, and other team members.
• Support SOX controls, testing and audits.
