As the Software Developer you will work under the direction of the VP, Information Technology and are responsible for working with the Database Administrator, Business Analyst, other developers, and business unit managers to understand business requirements and design and develop software to satisfy them.

See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage/merge pull requests from the development team

  • Deploy code packages to all prod/non-prod environments

  • Design and develop software solutions using industry best practices and standard tools in a Microsoft .Net environment.

  • Produce code that integrates with other developers’ code to produce working software.

  • Collaborate with customers on software requirements. Deliver software incrementally and make improvements based on customer feedback.

  • Participate in software architecture design and implementation.

Your Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years experience (5 years preferred) developing .NET applications.

  • C#, GIT, ASP.NET, and understanding SQL required.

  • Integration patterns/concepts preferred


Your Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with service-oriented architecture.

  • Experience with middleware tools, such as Microsoft BizTalk, Mulesoft, Boomi or similar

  • Experience deploying rich and/or web client applications in a high-availability, clustered environment.

  • Expertise and experience in lightweight, rapid development, agile methodologies.

  • Experience in estimating and measuring project velocity.

  • Experience with interaction with legacy systems and phased application integration.

  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and customer interaction skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex organizations.

  • Ability to proactively follow issues through to resolution.

  • Works well as a team member.

  • Competitive Compensation: anticipated base salary rate from $87,300 to $124,800 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program and a long-term incentive program.
