Senior Software Engineer

iLending is looking to fill and a Senior Software Engineer!

This is an IN OFFICE position, and at this time we cannot offer Visa Sponsorship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain solutions in the cloud for the organization
• Partner with architecture team in designing, and delivering solutions that adhere to standards, performance, security, and compliance
• Resolve complex business problems by analyzing and creating solutions based on industry best practices
• Manage entire software development life cycle including, planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications in the cloud
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the applications are working properly and efficiently in the cloud environment
• Troubleshoot problems in the existing applications to identify and resolve issues
• Mentor junior developers
• Be the SME of the products the engineering organization owns
• Be available for production support and regular on-call services

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Overall 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3-5 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Developer
• Experience in working with Containers with usage of leading orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Extensive experience with writing web applications using C#
• 5-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer using React/Angular, ASP .Net Core
• Extensive experience in writing RESTful APIs in a microservices architecture
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Automation Tools approach using machine-readable definition files (BICEP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Reasonable understanding of some aspect(s) of network stack and network protocols
• Understanding of major aspect(s) of computer security: network security, application security, security protocols, cryptography, etc.
• Experience in agile methodology, scrum framework
• Experience in one or more of the following Azure service categories:
  • App Service including Web Apps, Mobile Apps, API Apps, or Logic Apps
  • NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB)
  • Relational databases – database architecture and design (MS SQL Server, Azure SQL DB PaaS Service

Pay Ranges: Senior Software Engineer - $100,000-$125,000
