Who we are looking for

Some Must-Haves:

• Proficiency in SQL Server administration, including performance optimization
• Database security and user access management skills
• Strong SQL query writing abilities
• Experience with high availability and disaster recovery
• Expertise in database design and normalization
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and best practices in data governance
• Manage Alerting: Ensuring jobs are running smoothly and providing support for developers in optimizing queries
• Implement accessible monitoring to help developers understand query timing and server status
• Possess higher-level data architecture skills to contribute to the overall data strategy

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients; thus, background checks will be required.
