The Technical Analyst will be responsible for coordinating upgrades, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions in Microsoft D365 FO and CE to meet the needs of our business.

- 3 + years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including D365 FO.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other version control systems.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and CE solutions.
- Strong programming skills in technologies such as X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, DataVerse, and SQL.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 FO and CE (e.g., MB-300, MB-400, MB-200) are a plus.
- Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing or finance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective efficient application configuration and design in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop, test, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its users.
- Provide technical expertise in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including D365 FO, to drive business process improvements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they can effectively use these tools to perform their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider IT industry, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our use of these tools.
