Position Summary:

Senior Analyst, Consumer Digital Analytics develops and delivers business insights for Consumer Media/Digital Marketing function, with a strong focus on translating and enhancing the utilization of data and analytics. This position will be instrumental in the development and ongoing tracking of KPIs and business metrics and by leveraging internal and external data sources and utilizing the most relevant visualization and reporting tools.

  • Help build analytics solutions and KPIs that achieve impact at scale; focus on answering the most critical questions to help inform the Consumer Media marketing strategy and drive operational efficiency
  • Integration and interpretation of multiple sources of Digital and Health data to assess campaign effectiveness, derive insights and actionable recommendations to inform business strategy decisions.
  • Support initiatives to segment and track consumer and physician behavior focused on driving optimal promotional spend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and leverage data from diverse sources, ensure data consistency and reliability. Bring in an enhanced understanding of available data, analyses, and performance levers
  • Manage execution and distribution of reports/dashboards
  • Develop and foster relationships with internal/external partners to manage work-streams and cross-function deliverables
  • Develop, extend, and improve analytics processes to ensure consistent delivery of actionable data and insights to stakeholders and decision makers
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • BA/BS required
  • 2-4 years of experience in Consumer Digital Analytics and/or Marketing Analytics
  • Experience analyzing websites traffic data using Google Analytics, knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies like Paid Search, Social Media
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data management and data platforms (such as Microsoft SQL Server), statistical modeling packages (such as Python, SAS, and/or, R) and office productivity software (Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based database tools like Google BigQuery
  • Demonstrated success developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations, supported by sound and thorough analytics
  • Highly proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical data including Rx, physician and claims data preferred
  • High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
