Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET)

We are one of the largest integrated solid waste services companies in the country providing waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets in the U.S. and Canada. We serve more than six million residential, commercial, industrial, and exploration and production customers from a network of operations in 39 states, six provinces and the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities:

• Create, enhance and troubleshoot current functionality of existing applications
• Manage and create application endpoints to interact with real time customer data
• Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
• Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in application development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficient in popular coding languages including Microsoft Entity Framework, MVC, .NET framework, ASP.net Web Development, JavaScript/jQuery, Ability to code in C#, Angular, Microsoft SQL, Visual Studio and Git
• Strong API integration background
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud solutions is a preferred
