Job Details

Responsibilities:

Prepare and design the application architecture, in concert with an Architect on larger projects
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and skill development.
Quickly master existing applications and environments, including legacy code and stored procedures.
Collaborate closely with both the Data Science team and client team to understand product requirements and deliver quality solutions.
Drive project success by setting responsible deadlines, personal work plans, and maintaining high standards of performance for yourself and the team.
Implement and uphold best practice standards in line with client expectations.

Required Skills Experience:

8-10+ years of development experience, with the last 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Experience in a consulting environment
Full-Stack expertise with C# .NET, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs
Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or other cloud
Proven experience in leading development teams, with a focus on mentorship and high-quality output.
Expertise in working with legacy code and stored procedures.
Strong ability to quickly understand and master complex applications.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
