We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Database Account Admin to join our vibrant team in the finance industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment, has a passion for financial markets, and possesses excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our client information database, ensuring accuracy, and meeting regulatory requirements. This role requires a high level of interaction with internal teams and external clients, making excellent communication and customer service skills essential.

As a Permanent Database Account Admin, your primary duties will include:

1. Maintaining and managing our client database, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Regularly reviewing client information and making necessary adjustments.
3. Submitting client information in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all regulatory requirements.
4. Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
5. Utilizing CRM systems effectively to manage client relationships and track client interactions.
6. Regularly using Charles Schwab Advisor Center for various client-related tasks.
7. Responding to client inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
8. Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the finance and investment industry.
9. Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the team's overall goals.

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Database Account Admin role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
3. Some experience in finance and a general understanding of investments.
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and track client interactions.
5. Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. High attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
9. A strong team player, but also able to work independently when required.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
