About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to join our team and drive the technical direction of our projects. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, providing technical guidance and leadership to the team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong background in software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them solve complex technical challenges and improve their skills.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems using industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development practices.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, etc.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are desirable but not required.
