Lead Software Engineer

Job Description An agricultural insurance and risk management company is looking for a business minded technical Lead to join to their expanding tech team. For this role, you will be leading a small team in various development projects. You will spearhead sprints to successful completion as well as oversee and lead the team. An ideal Lead will have experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and experience with Microservice architecture. As far as day to days is concerned, you will spend half your time doing Lead duties and the other half supporting the team with hands on coding. This is not a pure coding role.

This position is ideally looking for someone in the Minneapolis area who is interested in coming into the office twice a week located in Maple Grove, MN. • 6+ years of experience
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• BS in CS or related field is a plus.
