Title : .NET Developer

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with a strong focus on test automation to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced automated test suites using object-oriented methodologies and various test automation tools. If you have hands-on experience with TestComplete, ReadyAPI, Microsoft Playwright, and GitHub, along with a background in Microsoft .NET and C# software engineering, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in software engineering activities with a specific emphasis on testing, including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to create comprehensive automated test plans, test cases, and strategies.
• Develop automated functional tests at different levels using data-driven and object-oriented methodologies, as well as APIs.
• Ensure that test code is integrated into the version management methodology and follows the same tools and practices as the development code.
• Understand and contribute to the CI/CD process as it relates to test automation.
• Communicate effectively and think in terms of business requirements, quality assurance, and acceptance criteria.
• Apply Agile methodologies and work effectively within an Agile Delivery Model.
• Utilize SQL and Microsoft SQL Server for data-related tasks, including SQL profiling and performance tuning.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or TFS Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Git Source Code Management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of testing and test automation development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of software development experience using Microsoft .NET and C#.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL profiling skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as TestComplete, ReadyAPI, and Microsoft Playwright.
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Experience working in an Agile Delivery Model, adapting to changes and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
