Job Description

Our client, a leader in cloud solution storage, are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their support team. As a Technical Support engineer you will be working on supporting their core product while working directly with an escalation engineer. Your experience with Linux, cloud service (AWS/Azure/GCP), Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization knowledge be pivotal in delivering exceptional support for the product.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience within a technical support or customer service role, with a focus on supporting software products.
  • Professional experience in Linux administration and cloud service such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Active Directory or Exchange
  • Knowledge of Virtualization tools (VM or ESX)
  • Pcaps and Ptest knowledge.
