Title: Full Stack / DevOps Engineer - Onsite (Brentwood, TN) 

Pay/Salary/Benefits/Perks: Up to $170k/yr

Work from Home Policy:  Onsite (Brentwood, TN)

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust DevOps pipelines for continuous integration

  • Collaborate to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

  • Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure by implementing best practices and tools.

  • Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure

  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to the development of front-end and back-end technologies (primarily Typescript).

  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

  • Conduct performance analysis and optimization to enhance the overall efficiency of the system.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Fullstack Engineering with DevOps emphasis

  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Solid programming skills in languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or similar.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI) and version control systems (Git).

  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana).
