Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Smooth Operations: Maintain uninterrupted network systems, applications, and infrastructure services for our local and regional teams.
Compliance Advocate: Uphold company and regulatory standards, ensuring our systems remain secure and compliant with regulations like PCI-DSS, GDPR, and CCPA.
Technical Expertise: Address hardware, software, and networking challenges swiftly, ensuring operational efficiency.
Innovation Supporter: Research and propose advanced solutions to improve our server, network, and end-user systems.
Cloud Proficiency: Lead the adoption of cloud-based solutions, utilizing AWS and Azure to drive our growth.
Security Oversight: Own our security protocols, monitor threats, and lead incident response efforts to protect our assets.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to advance projects and promote a culture of technical excellence.

What You'll Need:

Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with hands-on expertise in data management, infrastructure administration, and cloud technologies.
Certification Advantage: CCNA/CCIE certifications and proficiency in PowerShell scripting are highly valued.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excel in critical thinking, prioritization, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
Global Perspective: Comfortable working with distributed teams, flexible to support off-shift and weekend requirements.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is beneficial.
