Job Details

The Software/Technical Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions/resolutions for any customer issues. This person MUST be comfortable working an "on-call" schedule as determined by the software team.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a Software role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for troubleshooting
  • Technical background including: SQL, C#, AWS/Azure
  • Flexible personal schedule for on-call

Bonus:
  • Experience with WES/WMS/WCS
