We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft D365 Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on D365 FO, and will have the ability to use this expertise to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on improving business processes and user experience.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective efficient application configuration and design in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges, and use this insight to design effective solutions.
  • Develop, test, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its users.
  • Provide technical expertise in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including D365 FO, to drive business process improvements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Provide training and support to users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they can effectively use these tools to perform their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider IT industry, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our use of these tools.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 FO and CE (e.g., MB-300, MB-400, MB-200) are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including D365 FO.
  • Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing or finance is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other version control systems.
