Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Software Engineer Manager or similar managerial role.
3. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
4. Solid experience with MS SQL, Object Oriented Programming, ASP.NET Core, .NET, C#, Angular, and React.
5. Extensive understanding of IT project management.
6. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
12. Ability to manage and lead teams to meet deadlines.

14. An ability to prioritize and delegate.
15. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
