We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Yardi Reports Developer to join our technology team. As a Yardi Reports Developer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and supporting custom YSR reports for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom YSR reports using Yardi software.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of ASP, .Net, C#, and SQL to maximize the effectiveness of our reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into report designs.
• Test and debug Yardi reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi reporting tools and systems.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to optimize the performance and functionality of our reporting systems.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Document all programming tasks and procedures for future reference and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Yardi software and YSR custom report query programming.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience with ASP, .Net, C#, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and database design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
