About the role

In this role, you’ll use your full stack expertise to create new Web Applications that enhance user experience, features and functionality. You will be instrumental the creation of a modern SaaS integrated product that will involve multiple 3rd party vendors. You will interface with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design. You will create new workflows and execute development processes using best practices.

You’ll spend most of your time hands-on coding in our Microsoft stack including Azure Cloud, MVC, .NET Core, Javascript, SQL, you’ll also be taking the time to understand the architecture, mentor and learn from those around you to create more sustainable SaaS software

You will have a clear understanding of modern engineering practices and be excited about the chance to make a clear impact on a growing team

What You'll Do

Shape and deliver new features

Act as a kind educator and learn from teammates across different experience levels

Guide the team towards creating more robust features through a mix of modeling better practices and active mentoring and teaching

Who You Are

Experienced .NET developer with modern framework experience

Comfortable collaborating with designers and product managers to balance tradeoffs between addressing tech debt and delivering functionality

Experienced teacher or mentor who also learns from others

Adept at delivering ambitious projects while reinforcing a culture of excellence

Enjoy creating order and vision out of chaos and patchwork

A technical leader who builds buy-in
