Systems Analyst
Job Description
PURPOSE
This position is responsible for a full range of activities to support the systems of the Clerk and Comptroller’s office which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business units. The Systems Analyst will design and document workflow and will track and analyze business unit trends in order to make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness utilizing systems. The position will also lead key initiatives for the business units and/or may serve on project teams, as deemed necessary. The Systems Analyst will be the functional expert on the specified Systems application(s) and will serve as a point of contact for any application, or business process, changes. Additional duties may be assigned as they relate to the mission of the organization.
Responsibilities for Systems Analyst:
Development, support, and troubleshooting of:
o Micrososoft SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS, and SQL Agent jobs,
o Windows scheduled tasks and Powershell apps,
o IBM Cognos and Microsoft SSRS reports,
o ETL applications,
o .Net applications (Framework and Core),
o Hyland Onbase enterprise content management (ECM) system.
Education:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, and/or Public Administration.
Experience:
Two years proven business analyst skills and leadership skills, including the ability to gather clear business requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,606.00 - $79,883.00 per year
