Your mission:
Design and build software with a focus on quality.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Design technical solutions (Detailed Design and related documentation)
- Build software using C#
- Develop strategies and contribute to company-wide initiatives
- Foster best practices and maintain regular reporting and work progress
- Communicate and share information with other team members and stakeholders
- Mentor other developers
Experience, Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies:
- 8 or more years of experience with C# .Net, SQL Server
- Formal education in programming (Bachelor, Masters, PhD)
- Programming fundamentals – deep understanding and proficiency in concepts such as OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns (GoF and more)
- Experience and knowledge in a high-load distributed systems in aspects such as resilience, high-availability, scalability, data consistency
- Nice to have: DevOps CI/CD skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and patient, fast learner and willing to embrace challenges
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision

Pay: $120,431.00 - $128,941.00 per year
