We are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate IT Network Administrator to join our growing team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to work with a team of dedicated IT professionals. You will play a critical role in managing and ensuring the seamless operation of our computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software that are used to support key business functions.


1. Administer, manage, and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
2. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies, ensuring all aspects of network security are up-to-date and robust.
3. Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users.
4. Manage and monitor Microsoft O365, ensuring its effective use across the organization.
5. Maintain Active Directory, Azure, and other essential IT services.
6. Provide IT help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
7. Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
8. Recommend and execute modifications to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
9. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures, documenting all network operations.
10. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.


1. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 2+ years as a Network Administrator, Network Analyst, or similar role in a relevant industry.
3. Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks.
4. Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
5. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Azure, and other relevant IT platforms.
6. Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
7. Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
8. Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
