Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies? We are seeking an experienced Contract Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, leveraging your skills in Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, PowerShell, and ticket triage and issue resolution. This role is ideal for a self-motivated problem solver who enjoys staying ahead of the technology curve and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.


As a Contract Microsoft 365 Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and monitoring Microsoft 365 services and features, including but not limited to, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
2. Administering Azure Active Directory, including user management, group management, and synchronization services.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 and associated services using PowerShell scripts and other tools.
4. Providing technical support for Microsoft 365 related issues, including ticket triage, prioritization, and resolution.
5. Collaborating with the IT team to design and implement efficient processes for the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services.
6. Conducting regular system audits and reporting on performance metrics.
7. Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Microsoft 365 and related technologies.


To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
2. Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, including a deep understanding of Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
3. Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, and synchronization services.
4. Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and issue resolution.
5. Proven experience in ticket triage and issue resolution, with a strong focus on customer service.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services) would be highly advantageous.
