Job Description

Our client, a member of the Health and Wellness industry, are looking to bring aboard an Application Support Specialist, who is located within the Greater Boston area, to provide technical assistance to their clients. 

In this role you will be responsible for front-line support and training via ticketing system and digital meetings, as well as providing technical support and escalation as necessary. You will be expected to use web tools to troubleshoot and for customer training purposes. 

Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of work experience. 
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems in a timely manner. 
- Have a good understanding of software and hardware products, as well as experience with testing and maintenance of new and current software. 
- Have strong customer service skills, as you will be dealing with a high volume of clients. 
- Be detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON 
- Ability to use monitoring tools and analyze logs.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Operating Systems. 
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. 
- Experience with API calls and SSO is preferred. 

This role is fully remote for the time being, but will move on-site. Candidates should be located within the Greater Boston area.
