Wells Fargo is back in the office and collaborating together for fabulous outcomes! This role is in the office three days a week in the cities posted on the ad.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer that has a keen mind and background in designing with security in mind.

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and testing custom software that integrates security, software development, and risk management systems in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline environment. Each day you'll design and implement services that provide high performance and reliability in an enterprise large scale environment.

You'll adhere to the software release process for custom-developed software, including source code management, change management, documentation, and end user notification. Additionally, you'll ensure tools and documentation are maintained in accordance with enterprise policies and best practices. If you have experience with Cloud, we'd definitely like to talk to you about your experience.

In this role, you will:

Work on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of overall Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of C#/.NET software development experience in a large enterprise environment

3+ years of experience with development tools including Visual Studio .NET, GitHub, and the Swagger UI framework.

3+ years of experience with .NET Core/ ASP.NET/ MVC/Web API

3 + year of experience in creating web UI pages /front end development using cshtml, HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, jQuery and Angular JS.

3+ years of experience in Application security space, Cyber Security domain experience needed

3 + years of using the Terraform (IaC) to configure, build and deploy

3 + Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc

Desired Qualifications:

SQL experience and T-SQL / MSSQL preferred

Additional cloud certifications like Azure will be helpful

Microsoft certified developers will be preferred

Agile development experience

Experience developing thorough and effective unit, API, and regression tests

Experience developing high capacity, high reliability services

Experience with Blackduck, Checkmarx, Thread Fix , ServiceNow

Experience in migrating on prem applications to public/private cloud

Experience in doing security reviews , follow security practices m using Hashicorp vault

Experience using dependency management and build systems such as Maven, Gradle, and Artifactory
