About our Software Solutions Organization

Our Software Solutions organization supports two business units, Comfort Control and Cold Chain – now referred together as Electronics Controls.

Cold Chain, headquartered in Kennesaw, GA, is a leader in creating environmental monitoring and control solutions for the food safety, hospital, and food retail markets. Our systems monitor the temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors for food and vital medicines, and provide control of HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems for many large food retail chains, across the US and the world. As part of our control solutions, we provide companies the ability to increase the sustainability of their businesses by actively monitoring and managing use of HVAC and refrigeration to minimize energy use.

Comfort Control is headquartered in St. Louis, MO and is an industry leader in home energy management and comfort control. Our products monitor and control appliances that account for approximately 60% of the energy consumed in the average US household. By networking our products to the cloud, we are discovering new ways to help our customers reduce energy consumption, save money, and maintain comfort. And because our technology touches so much of the residential energy profile, our solutions are positioned to make a significant impact on our nation’s carbon footprint.
