Job Details


Financial Analysis.
  • Perform financial analysis of different divisions to inform key business decisions
  • Assess financial performance relative to targets and benchmarks
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership

Forecasting Planning
  • Lead financial forecasts and budget development for assigned divisions
  • Ensure forecasts and budgets align to strategic priorities
  • Analyze variances and recommend course corrections
  • Develop business cases for investment and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with HR to connect budgets and forecasts with staffing plans
  • Support IT and procurement project roadmaps with appropriate resources

Reporting Communication
  • Present clear, concise financial reports and insights to company leaders
  • Create ad-hoc analysis and reports for strategic initiatives
  • Effectively convey complex financial information to all stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build partnerships across the business to enhance financial effectiveness
  • Work closely with functional teams to provide financial guidance and support


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Cross-functional orientation with track record of collaborating across departments
  • Proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Longview, Empyrean or Axiom
