Immediate opening for a Senior Business Analyst with 2+ years to join a well established and reputable full-service ad agency!

  • Must-haves: Business Analyst experience in marketing travel category, (car rental category is preferred).
  • Work location: Looking for FTE with Hybrid work locations (remote/in-office). This can be a Remote-Only position if candidate excels at high performance and effectively working remotely.
  • If remote-only, Locations of residence:
  • #1 Preference is candidates residing in the State of Florida (for ease of attendance at onsite team and client meetings). If outside Florida but open to relocation, can provide a relocation budget.
  • Secondarily, open to candidates in the States of Kentucky, Ohio, Texas, South Carolina, Illinois, Louisiana, or Massachusetts.

1. Looking to hire Full-time Employee, local to Tampa Bay area. May be open to remote candidates in Florida first (may extend to TX, OH, KY, SC, LA, MA, IL).
2. Work location is hybrid with in-office and on-site meetings. Currently in-office on Wednesdays, with future additional in-office days.

Job Details

Job Purpose: Will define success metrics for our clients and perform day to day reporting and analysis of various web data using enterprise analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients’ goals and requirements and develop analytic approaches that meet and exceed their needs by:
  • Performing quantitative analyses based on eCommerce and client databases
  • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing both internal and external reporting, including automated dashboards, customized ongoing reports and ad hoc requests
  • Segmenting customer data to monitor performance and identify opportunities
  • Collaborating with project managers and developers to manage technical solutions and uncover data or tracking discrepancies

Competencies and Required Technical Knowledge:
  • Two plus years of experience and preferably certification with Google Analytics, Tableau/PowerBI and Datorama.
  • Experience using programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to query large databases consisting of business and customer details, merging data sources from various platforms, develop causality analysis and run statistical models.
  • Two plus years’ experience collaborating with Marketing Mix Model vendors like Nielsen, IPSOS, Gartner, etc. to drive actionable insights and marketing optimizations
  • Strong data mining abilities and natural curiosity to dig deep into the metrics to solve problems or identify opportunities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently on a team and successfully collaborate on large projects

Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with marketing campaign analytics and online advertising preferred
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze complex data to derive actionable insights
  • Ability to think critically and complete deliverables in a fast-paced environment
