We are searching for a dynamic and seasoned Sr. Director of Sales for our Technology Consulting Services in the Lifesciences sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical and biotech sales, with a deep understanding of the life sciences and technology sectors. Expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud, solutions architecture, and cybersecurity is also crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:

1. Driving the go-to-market strategy and territory management for our technology consulting services within the life sciences sector.
2. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices industries.
3. Utilizing your hunter mentality to identify and close new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Demonstrating deep knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, cybersecurity, and cloud security to provide tailored solutions to our clients.
5. Leading the deployment of our technology solutions, ensuring a seamless implementation process for our clients.
6. Continuously prospecting for new clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to grow our business.
7. Collaborating with our solutions architecture team to develop and refine our technology consulting offerings.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Sr. Director of Sales role will have:

1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech sales, with a proven track record of success.
2. Extensive experience in the life sciences and technology sectors, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
3. Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud, with the ability to leverage this tool to drive sales and customer engagement.
4. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud security, with the ability to educate clients and provide them with tailored solutions.
5. Exceptional territory management skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
6. A hunter mentality, with a relentless drive to identify and close new business opportunities.
7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
