We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and innovative individual to fill the role of CEO for our fast-growing technology company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Sales Business Development Operations, particularly in a fast-scaling technology environment. This role offers an incredible opportunity to lead and shape our company's strategic direction, drive growth, and make a significant impact.


As the CEO, you will be responsible for:

1. Setting the company's strategy and direction, creating a clear vision for the company's future and ensuring alignment amongst the team.
2. Building and leading a high-performing executive team to execute the company's strategic plan.
3. Developing and implementing a sales and business development strategy that ensures the company's financial targets are met or exceeded.
4. Overseeing daily operations and making key decisions that affect the company's direction.
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and potential customers.
6. Guiding the company's investment strategy and ensuring financial performance and growth.
7. Ensuring the company's policies and procedures meet all legal and ethical standards.
8. Serving as the company's primary spokesperson to the company's constituents, the media, and the general public.
9. Driving the company's cloud-based SaaS product portfolio to achieve market leadership.
10. Building teams from scratch or scaling organizations to meet the company's growth objectives.


The ideal candidate for the CEO role should have:

1. At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a fast-scaling technology company.
2. Proven experience in Sales Business Development Operations.
3. Strong experience with cloud-based SaaS.
4. Hands-on experience in building teams from scratch or scaling organizations.
5. Experience in the higher education or EdTech industry is a must.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
8. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
9. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
10. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
11. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
12. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
