A bit about us:

We are a Series C stage Enterprise SaaS company with a cloud-native product suite. We have experienced significant growth over the last few years both in revenue and in employee headcount, and are looking to bring on a Demand Gen marketer reporting directly to our VP of Marketing who will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring success for a wide range of marketing campaigns, from digital experiences to field events.

This is an on-site, in person role - not remote!

We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Director, Demand Generation to join our dynamic team in the Cloud-Native Enterprise SaaS space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the demand generation strategy for our cloud-native enterprise SaaS product. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing in the technology sector, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and security. You will be tasked with creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies that will effectively reach our target market and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

As the Director, Demand Gen, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention for our cloud-native enterprise SaaS product.
2. Defining and executing ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to target and engage key decision-makers in our target market.
3. Build quarterly and annual integrated demand campaigns that highlight our competitive differentiators
4. Collaborating with the Product Marketing and sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure seamless customer journeys.
5. Leveraging Marketo and Salesforce to automate marketing processes, track campaign performance, and generate insightful reports.
6. Design and execute field marketing initiatives, including field events, to engage potential customers and promote our product.
7. Ensuring our product messaging aligns with the needs and interests of our target market.
8. Establish marketing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of your demand generation strategy and make necessary adjustments.


Qualifications:

The qualifications for the Permanent Director, Demand Gen include:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on demand generation, ABM, and B2B marketing specifically in cloud solutions (must be cloud-native, must be Enterprise SaaS!)
2. Proven experience with cloud-native enterprise SaaS products, including an understanding of cloud infrastructure and security.
3. Proficiency in using Marketo and Salesforce to automate marketing processes and track campaign performance.
4. Experience in planning and executing field marketing initiatives, including field events.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate insightful reports.
7. A deep understanding of the technology sector and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
8. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product messaging to a diverse audience.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification is highly desirable.
