Arcfield is looking to hire a T3 Endpoint Management//Cloud Engineer to join the core IT infrastructure team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting Microsoft Intune policies and configurations and application packages.

VDI platform, underlying infrastructure, client operating systems, authentication, system configuration, 3rd party software client installations, security patches and updates for all end points (desktop and servers).

In addition, maintain a high level of security and ensure that the VDI service is reliable and scalable and can meet the business demands and evolve technologies and solutions as they become available. This will require excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills as well as being self-motivated.
  • 5+ years' experience with operating systems (Windows 10)
  • 3+ years' experience with building desktop/laptop images and VDI systems, desktops, virtual application delivery, hardware, software
  • 3+ years' experience with Virtualization technologies
  • 1+ years' experience with cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS)
  • 1+ years’ mobile device management (Android, iOS)
  • Experience managing a local desktop/laptop environment
  • Experience managing a virtual desktop environment
  • Experience managing a server (Windows and Linux) environment
  • Enhance desktop security and configuration management (Intune).
  • Knowledge of integrated components (Windows Server 2019\2022, Azure AD Domain Services, AD Certificate Services, Intune, Authentication Authorization)
  • OS Patch Management
  • Actively participate in architecture and best practices discussions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Key team member of managing the operations and support of our large-scale, enterprise-wide environments
  • BS 5-7 years experience, MS 3-5 years experience, or PhD 0-2 years experience
  • Certification in related discipline preferred.
