Design Patterns 4.6

Hello,

Is there any final descision or topic of debate as to what will be included in the 4.6 release?

A few off the cuff items would be:

WCF = no longer cool. I'd be happy it stays in the 4.0
Add REST = I guess it would have to be WebAPI.
Using EF codefirst, as i think the edmx was not good practice even at the time of 4.5 release.
Maybe slightly amended to make it obvious to some that DTOs are used.
Updated to MVC6 / ASP.NET5

It would be great to know!

Thanks Ty for your suggestions. If anyone else wants to pitch in and send us your suggestions please do so!

The situation with .NET 5 and ASP.NET 5 is rather fluid. Just a couple days ago we learned they will be renamed to.NET Core 1.0 and ASP.NET Core 1.0.

Just so you know: we are always looking to include and support the latest technologies, but the rapidly changing environment makes it a bit more tricky (but very exciting at the same time!)
