Question about SPARK

Dear Sir: I have question about SPARK

  1. 1) If I am using SPARK in my projects. I pay for every project?
  2. 2) Is SPARK Libraries are paid version? 

Because in our organization we can use Microsoft controls and product only.

The SPARK platform can be used in your own projects without limitations and without charge.
