Dear sir,

If I purchase the .NET Design Pattern Framework how will you support me? Is there either a dvd package or online training?
And if I have a question about a subject how many days you will take to solve the doubt?

Currently, there are no DVDs or other kinds of video training available for our products.

As far as support, you can send us an email with your questions and we always make a serious attempt to answer these in a reasonable time. So far, it has always worked well for our users.
