Request Tracker tools

I was wondering if anyone has any idea about mysql Request Tracker tools database schema.

I am not familiar with Request Tracker at all, but a quick Google search shows how to configure the database.

In the middle of the page there is a section on creating the mysql database.
There is a reference to /opt/rt4/etc/schema.mysql which seems to hint there is a schema you can look at.
Also, one the database has been created you can easily explore the data model.
