Purchasing the latest 4.5 .NET framework version

Hello,

Is the new sample in MVC based on Razor or ASPX?
I am planning to purchase the latest 4.5 edition and need to know how the MVC app is rendered.

Also, what is new in 4.5 framework?
Please let me know as soon as possible.

Yes, MVC uses the Razor view engine.

There are many new things in 4.5 but the big thing is the SPARK platform which is a rapid application framework.
