Template for Project Documentation

We are developing a N-Tier application, including multiple servers, layers, patterns, databases (SQL and NoSQL), Web UIs, Mobile Apps, and so on. I want to accomplish a set of technical documentation for future developers to continue developing and maintenance. so, I am looking for a pattern / template to write project documentation. I want my team (from architect to unit programmer) follow the same pattern to build our technical documentation along with our project progress on design and coding. Does this guide include such pattern / template? If not, could anybody give me a suggestion?
