How do I directly upgrade to PRO .NET pattern framework 4.5?

Is it possible to upgrade my copy of .NET pattern framework to the PRO version? How can I do this?

The recommended 4.5 upgrade path is as follows:

1) Renew to the Standard.NET Pattern Framework 4.5,
2) If you need the code generator functionality, add the PRO .NET Pattern Framework 4.5.

Please be aware that the PRO version is an extension to the Standard version: to be able to use 2) you also need 1).

Admittedly, this has caused some confusion and in the next release we will adjust the packaging.
For now, we suggest the 1) and 2) upgrade path.
