ASP.NET MVC 2 Project

I purchased the product, and I am unable to open the MVC application on Visual Studio 2012. Futhermore, I thought that this app will have been written in MVC4. Any ideas when this might get written in MVC4?

The latest release of the Design Pattern Framework 4.5 is now available for download. It is fully compatible with MVC 4.
In fact, its focus is very much on building modern MVC 4 web apps (although other .NET UI Platforms are supported as well, including WebForms, WinForms, and WPF).

We're very excited about the addition of Spark, our new pattern-based rapid application development (RAD) platform.
