Code Generation Tool for N-Tier Applications

Hi everyone,

What is the best .NET code generation tool that I can use to create something similar to the Patterns in Action 4.0 project?
Or possibly a tool that can generate code for a typical N-Tier application?

Also, is there a video version of the Pattern In Action 4.0 project?
