Best design pattern to generate PDF letters

Hi,

I have to create a windows service/wcf to generate pdf letters.
Right now I have 12 types of letters, further it can be more. So there should be a generic solution to generat letters.
which design pattern should i use?

Hi,

Factory could be used , please take a look at my answer to the question "What pattern to use?" on the same forum.

Instead of Telephony you will have each PDF format.
