Need a quick tutorial on MVC vs MVP

I am not quite up to speed yet, so I need a quick overview of MVC vs MVP.
We are doing a short WinForms project and need to make a fast decision on which way to go.
Does anyone have a suggested reference or tutorial which I can see/read in 10 minutes and will be sufficient to make a good decision?

These audio / video session might give you some insight, http://polymorphicpodcast.com/shows/mv-patterns/

Personally, I'd go for MVP (Passive View or Supervising Controller) when doing WinForms. MVP lends itself very nicely to WinForms, whereas I think MVC works better for a stateless environment such as web.

Good Luck!
