Design patterns used in .NET framework 4.0

We all know Microsoft programmers use design patterns in .NET framework. It will be good for us to understand some of their implementations that we use regularly. I leave this forum to identify and post design patterns used in .NET framework(3.5 or 4.0), then we shall discuss about it.
